All inclusive vacations
To earn a CSS designation, travel agents are required to complete a rigorous education and training program – including mandatory resort visits – designed to ensure their customers that they have knowledge and expertise about all facets of Sandals Resorts and Beaches Resorts, the Caribbean’s leading chain of Luxury Included® resorts. Platinum-level CSS travel agents must report a minimum of 250 traveled bookings. Mrs. Lanham has more than tripled that requirement.
“Vacations are memories in the making and our customers want to be confident that the information they receive is based on expert knowledge,” said Julie Lanham of Vacations To Remember. “We take our responsibility to clients very seriously and having the CSS Platinum designation proves that. I am extremely proud of this accomplishment.” According to Gary C. Sadler, senior vice president of sales for Unique Vacations, Inc., worldwide sales and marketing representative for Sandals Resorts and Beaches Resorts, training and highlighting the best representatives of the brands is a key strategy for the Caribbean-based resort chain. “Our goal is to always exceed client expectation,” said Sadler.
“And Julie Lanham is an essential part of this effort. She knows the intimate details of each resort and is able to match customers with the perfect Sandals or Beaches Resort to meet all of their vacation needs. We congratulate Julie on the hard work that brought her here today and thank her and Vacations To Remember for all of their hard work and dedication.”
In honor of her CSS Platinum status, Sandals Resorts and Beaches Resorts are also making it easy for customers to recognize Julie Lanham with a custom-designed Sandals and Beaches-wrapped car. Now wherever she drives, she drives customers to Vacations To Remember to book their next Sandals or Beaches Luxury Included® vacation.
